I’ve always loved Halloween.  Growing up, my mom and grandma would team up to make my Halloween costumes by hand. I was never happy with the standard witch or princess and requested oddball costumes such as a drive-in waitress on roller skates, Carmen Miranda, and a flamenco dancer. The Carmen Miranda costume was the most memorable.
